HOW WILL MY PACKAGE BE SHIPPED TO ME?
We use different parcel couriers depending on the weight and destination of a shipment. We ship via PostNL or DHL.
All orders will arrive padded and well-protected in sealed plain box(es) or padded envelope(s). Our staff is trained to handle all products with the utmost care.
There is no outside reference or marking of Amsterdamshirts.com, we use the name Bohlding.nl as sender and not Amsterdamshirts.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
We start immediately, which actually means within 1-2 business days depending on the day. Orders placed in on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. We can not ship on national holidays.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Standard shipping times Benelux and Germany: 2-3 business days.
Rest of Europe: 7-10 business days.
International orders outside of the EU: 10-15 business days.

Returns & exchange
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
Only items purchased on the official www.amsterdamshirts.com website can be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. All of our products (excluding sale items) can be returned as long as they have not been used and are in their original state and package material. Remember to use protective packaging for all breakable items.
We do not accept returns for items purchased in a physical stores.
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER FOR ANOTHER SIZE OR PRODUCT?
We do not offer exchange. If you prefer a different size or colour, follow our return guide and place a new order with the correct size via our website.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
To initiate a return, please email costumer service: firstname.lastname@example.org and you will be issued a return form. This return form you need to include in your return.
